Hot / Cold Pack

Elastoplast Hot/Cold Pack provides therapeutic pain relief designed to soothe soreness in muscles and joints.

Cold applications decrease blood flow to the affected area, making cold therapy ideal for reducing inflammation and swelling in joints and tendons. The Elastoplast Hot/Cold pack remains soft and pliable when cold, allowing for use of the RICER technique. Also effective for headache pain relief.

Hot applications increase blood flow and can improve healing in stiff or damaged muscles and joints – often present in those with arthritis patella tendonitis. Heat therapy can relax and soothe muscle groups and joints, improving mobility and recovery time.

Do not use hot or cold therapy products if experiencing a sensory disorder. Improper use of hot and cold therapy can result in burning or damage to skin and nerves – be sure to consult your doctor if unsure.
