  1. Why are knee braces used?

Knee braces are used to prevent injury and aid healing in weak or damaged knees. They support the joint and surrounding tendons, stopping them from exerting too much force and re-straining/tearing. Knee braces can also provide warmth to the knee area, relaxing the muscles and aiding healing.
