Innovative silicone adhesive technology

Elastoplast Silicone Soft are skin-friendly plasters that have been designed to minimize trauma and pain during plaster removal while maintaining reliable adhesion during wear.

The removal of plasters with traditional adhesive can result in damage and pain due to the stripping of epidermal cells and hair, so Elastoplast has developed silicone plasters to provide pain-free removal.

Silicone Soft is painless to remove thanks to its extremely gentle silicone adhesive. When removed it does not disrupt the skin barrier and leaves no residue – no matter how long it’s been on.

During wear, the gel layer of Silicone Soft creates a perfect bond between the plaster and the uneven surface of the skin. As a result, the silicone plaster sticks securely to the skin, even after being repositioned.

Who is Elastoplast Silicone Soft for?

These sensitive silicone plasters are the ideal solution for people with fragile, irritated or sensitive skin who require extra-tender wound treatment. They’re also an excellent choice when frequent plaster changes are necessary.

Silicone Soft is the ideal solution for all those experiencing pain or anxiety at plaster removal.

Silicone Soft

Superior plaster technology used in hospitals

Silicone Soft sets the standard in wound care by bringing hospital-grade silicone plaster technology straight into the regular home.

These plasters use a soft silicone gel as an adhesive that minimises trauma to the skin at dressing change, helping to avoid patient pain without compromising care. For this reason, they are ideally suited for people with sensitive, easily irritated or fragile skin.
