Directions: Please read enclosed leaflet before use. Diabetics and those with poor circulation should consult a doctor before use. Stop the bleeding and cleanse wound thoroughly before applying the product. Product is designed to stay on until it starts to detach.

How to Use

For use on the finger first remove the application support foil indicated by the red mark. Ensure the plaster is not uncomfortably tight, blood flow is not restricted and remove the plaster if you experience any numbness and tingling. Within 24h a white bubble (“healing capsule”) might appear over the wound signalling the healing process. Designed to be worn for several days. Leave in place until it starts to detach. In case of difficulties removing the plaster do not pull upwards but slowly stretch along the skin. For single use only – for each application use a new plaster to retain the described product function.

Step-by-step guide for Second Skin Protection Small Hydrocolloid Plasters 10 Pack

Step 1

Stop the bleeding, cleanse wound and gently dry skin thoroughly. To ensure that the plaster adheres properly do not apply any creams or ointments.

Step 2

Carefully remove the white paper foil and apply the plaster directly on the wound without stretching the plaster – the whole plaster acts as a wound pad.

Step 3

Press the plaster on firmly, ensuring the edges are properly sealed to the skin.

Step 4

Remove the application support foil indicated by the red mark to ensure maximum flexibility of the plaster.
