Small cuts, grazes, or scratches can quickly become a nuisance, especially on mobile body parts. It’s also where traditional plasters often fail to stay in place, become loose, or restrict your movement. To cover these kinds of wounds, Elastoplast Second Skin Protection Liquid Bandage Concentrate and Spray Bandage offer an innovative, more practical solution. Available as sprayable bandage or liquid bandage concentrate, these liquid bandages dry quickly upon application and form a water-resistant and transparent seal – all while staying put, even when you move.
How the Second Skin Protection Spray Bandage works
Liquid bandages such as Elastoplast Second Skin Protection Liquid Bandage Concentrate and Spray bandage are liquid formulations that serve as transparent wound dressings – ideal for protecting small, superficial dry everyday wounds such as scratches, grazes, or cuts. They can be either sprayed or applied directly onto the cleaned, dry area. Upon applying, it quickly dries to form a flexible, water-resistant film to cover and protect the wound.
Elastoplast has developed two different liquid bandages for covering and protection of minor, superficial, dry everyday wounds:
• Elastoplast Liquid Bandage Concentrate has a gel-like formula applied with a tube applicator to cover wounds precisely.
• Elastoplast Spray Bandage is an easy-to-apply, sprayable bandage ideal for covering hard-to-reach areas.
Both dry quickly and form a transparent seal that adapts to the skin’s surface, giving 100% freedom* of movement. There’s no need to apply a traditional dressing on top.

Elastoplast Second Skin Protection Spray Bandage and Liquid Bandage Concentrate are ideal for treating small, superficial dry wounds – especially on areas that are hard to reach or on moving body parts.
The Liquid Bandage Concentrate allows for precise application and is particularly suitable for small wounds like paper cuts and grazes, scratches, or skin cracks – e. g. on knuckles. The Spray Bandage is especially convenient to use and ideal for hard-to-reach areas. Acting like a transparent bandage, the flexible film blends naturally with the skin.
Both liquid bandages – the Liquid Bandage Concentrate and Spray Bandage – are also a smart choice if you need water-resistant protection. The protective film protects the wound against dirt and water while moving naturally with your skin – perfect for outdoor and sports activities or when you’re on the go.
