Will a wrist brace help tennis elbow/tendonitis/ganglion cyst/carpel tunnel?

Yes, wrist braces can help with all those ailments in different ways. A wrist brace supports the tendons between the wrist and elbow by immobilising the wrist, resulting in relief from the symptoms of tennis elbow and carpel tunnel syndrome. It can also be helpful for relieving the pressure felt from tendonitis and ganglion cysts in the wrist. It’s important to remember a wrist brace is a supplementary relief measure, not a cure for these conditions.
