TORSO AND SHOULDER MUSCLES

Exercise step by step

Prevent back muscle pain diagram - Elastoplast
Objective: Prevent back muscle pain. Important to stabilise the torso and shoulder muscles.
Important for one-sided hitting sports such as tennis and golf.
Starting Position: Lie on your side with your body weight resting on the lower arm and foot and upper leg lifted.

Lift and drop pelvis position - Elastoplast
Movement: Slowly lift and drop your pelvis and entire torso without touching them to the floor 3 times.
Repeat 10 times on each side.
Before you begin any of these exercise routines, be sure to check with your doctor. Once you have your doctor’s approval, begin exercising slowly and stop if you feel any pain or discomfort. Make sure to rest if you feel you are overexerting yourself.
