Exercise step by step

  1. Objective: Stretching the lower arm
    muscles to alleviate pain.

  2. Starting Position: Sit or stand with the
    affected arm held straight out in front of
    you with the back of the hand facing up.

  3. Movement: Let your hand drop loosely. Take your other hand and pull the affected hand towards the body until you can feel a pull shortly before your elbow. Hold this position for 20–30 seconds.
    Repeat every 2 hours.
