Spine Strengthening Exercise to Improve Your Posture
This video demonstrates an easy upper spine strengthening exercise you can do at home. Improve your posture while standing or sitting.
DIFFICULTIES KEEPING UPRIGHT POSTURE
Exercise step by step
Objective: Strengthening the upper
spine to promote upright posture while
standing and sitting.
Starting Position: Stand on your knees
with your upper body balanced as far as possible forwards.
Movement: Hold your arms parallel to
your torso and stretch them to the back.
Pull your shoulder blades together while
turning your palms inwards Do this one
at a time and then return to starting
position. Repeat 3 sets of 10.
