DIFFICULTIES KEEPING UPRIGHT POSTURE

Exercise step by step

  1. Objective: Strengthening the upper
    spine to promote upright posture while
    standing and sitting.
    Promoting correct posture diagram - Elastoplast
  2. Starting Position: Stand on your knees
    with your upper body balanced as far as
    possible forwards.
    Movement: Move your arms to right
    angles to your torso, pulling your
    shoulder blades together. Stretch your
    arms back alongside your torso, one
    at a time and then back into starting
    position.
    Repeat 3 sets of 10.
