DISCOMFORT IN THE SHOULDERSAND NECK AREA
Exercise step by step
Objective: Improving shoulder flexibility and improving shoulder and neck posture.
Starting Position: Lie on your right side keeping your elbow bent at a 90° angle.
Movement: Hold the bottle in your left hand. Rotate your left lower arm outwards away from your abdomen to the back and up. Slowly return to starting position.
Repeat 3 sets of 12 on each side.
