ELASTOPLAST PELICAN PAT STORY BOOK PROMOTION ("The Promotion")

PROMOTION PERIOD: 13 August 2007 to 12 August 2008

1. Information on how to claim & entitlements forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
2. 'Promotion Period' commences at 12.01 am (EST) on 13 August 2007 and concludes at 11.59 pm (EDST) 12 August 2008.
3. To submit a claim for a Pelican Pat Story Book Purchase any Elastoplast product within the 'promotion period' then simply write your name, address and day time telephone contact number on the back of a stamped envelope, enclose your purchase receipt and send it to:

4. The Promotion is only open to "Eligible Claimants", being individuals who: (i) are residents of New South Wales, Queensland or Victoria; and (ii) are not employees or their immediate families of Beiersdorf Australia Ltd ("The Promoter"), or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with the Promotion.
5. Entries not completed in accordance with these Conditions of Entry or received after the Promotion Period ends will not be considered. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be disregarded. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected mail/entries.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and reserves the right to disqualify any claimant for submitting a claim, which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry or who tampers with the claims process.
7. Multiple claims permitted (up to a maximum of two (2) per household), subject to the following: (a) only one claim permitted per specified purchase requirement; and (b) each claim must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
8. The first 4,000 valid claims will receive a Pelican Pat Story Book ('Book') until stocks of the 'Book' available in this promotion run out or until last mail received 15 August 2008 (whichever occurs first). Claims will be fulfilled on a 'first received, first served' basis.
9. Pelican Pat Story Books are valued at $9.95 (RRP) each (inc. GST). Total merchandise pool is valued at $39,800 (inc. GST).
10. Providing stock is available, Book will be delivered to the residential address of the claimant within 28 days of receipt a valid claim.
11. Entitlements are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in 'Book' value from the time of printing. In the event that the 'Book' is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute merchandise in its absolute discretion to the same and equal recommended retail value and/or specification subject to any written directions from the various lottery departments.
13. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and/or promotion/advertised special and only applies to the Elastoplast range.
14. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the claims process, and, subject to any written directions given by the various Lottery Departments, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
15. All claims become and remain the property of the Promoters. The Promoter collects Eligible Claimants' personal information in order to conduct the offer. If the information requested is not provided, the Eligible Claimant may not participate in the offer. By claiming under this offer, unless otherwise advised, each Eligible Claimant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the Eligible Claimant, including sending the claimant electronic messages. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below.
16. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of participating in the promotion, or taking any of the prizes, except any liability which cannot be excluded by the law.
17. Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
19. A claim under this offer constitutes acceptance of the above Terms and Conditions.
